USD floating over highs versus CAD in FX market

The dollar is rising more against CAD at the end of the week, lifting USDCAD to fresh tops in the locality of the 1.2522 area.
The pair stays sidelined in new familiar ranges, with gains clearly covered by recent tops in levels just shy of 1.2606 the figure and the lower end placed around the low-1.2403s.
As mentioned the pair is up 0.26% at 1.2518 facing the next up barrier at 1.2603 followed by 1.2590 and ultimately 1.2660. On the flip side, a break of 1.2457 would aim for 1.2435 and then 1.2257.
